2. When You Suspect an Issue

   • Please attach screenshots or screen recordings to help us better understand the situation. It may be difficult to identify the problem from text descriptions alone.

3. If You're Not Sure It's an Issue

   • Feel free to share your concerns in detail, and our support team will help determine if there's a problem and guide you through any solutions. 😊

4. Issue Resolution Process

   • Common issues are prioritized, and all help center inquiries are handled in order.
   • While our support team can resolve some issues immediately, those requiring developer review may take 1-2 weeks or longer.
