🚨 If photos suddenly disappear from your calendar, please update the app immediately!

After our recent server migration, some members have experienced the following issues:

📍 Please check if you are experiencing any of these symptoms

  • Photo thumbnails appear, but tapping them shows a white screen
  • Someone says they uploaded photos, but you cannot see them
  • Photos appear in notifications or timeline, but not in the calendar

 

These issues can occur when either the person uploading the photos or the person viewing them has not updated to the latest app version.

📍 Required App Version
🤖 Android: 1.2.05(923) or higher

🍎 iPhone: 7.0.00(1877) or higher

 

Why is this happening?

After the server migration, the old server and the new server are now operating separately.

If photos are uploaded without updating the app, those photos may be uploaded to the old server.

Meanwhile, family members who already updated the app are viewing the new server, which can cause photos to not appear for each other 😢

 

How to fix it

1️⃣ If the person VIEWING the photos has not updated the app
→ Simply updating the app to the latest version should resolve the issue.

2️⃣ If the person UPLOADING the photos has not updated the app
→ Please ask the uploader to update their app first.

 

However, even after updating, photos uploaded to the old server will not move automatically.

Once the update is completed, please contact our customer support team, and we will help transfer the photos from the old server to the current server.
