Symptom: The screen appears black when uploading a video

Affected devices: Some Galaxy S24 / S24+ devices running Android 16 (estimated)

At this time, the issue appears to occur intermittently on specific devices.
Since it does not affect all devices in the same way, identifying the exact cause has been challenging.

Our development team is actively investigating the issue and working to resolve it.
However, identifying the root cause and implementing a stable fix may take some time.
