Upload is not working.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please go to the app store > search for babyfolio > click to update to the latest version and try again.

If the same issue occurs even after the update, please check the following:

  1. If the upload fails on all connections (Wi-Fi, LTE, 5G, etc.)
  2. If the issue persists even after reinstalling the app

If it still does not work, please say "Connect to Agent,"
and send us a screenshot or screen recording of the error screen so we can check it.
