Please check the following steps!
First, try this:

Force close the app and restart it
Update to the latest version in the App Store / Play Store

If you still see ads:

Go to My Page → Notice/Ad/Notification Settings → Remove Ads → Check if Ads (Pop-up, Banner) is toggled OFF
Go to My Page → Subscription Settings & Management → Check if the subscription is applied to your family
