I uploaded photos/videos, but other family members can't see them on their phones.

Please check the sharing settings of the photos and videos you uploaded! If they are set to 'Couple Share', other family members might not be able to see them. You can simply change the sharing setting to 'Share with All' when uploading 😊
If you want to view your photos and videos by sharing setting at a glance, try using the Album tab → View Photos by Sharing Setting! You can also change the sharing settings directly from that screen. (Family/Goods Subscription Benefit)
