First of all, regardless of free or paid plans, babyfolio compresses files to standard quality upon upload,

and this depends on the size and capacity of the media.

We try to preserve metadata as much as possible, but the resolution and bitrate are reduced during upload.

If the user who uploaded the file did so without editing, and the original still remains on their device, the original is shown to reduce the user's data usage.

Photos are saved in standard quality, which is perfectly fine for creating photobooks, prints, calendars, etc. :)

Since modern smartphones take photos with very large file sizes these days,

and because our service supports unlimited storage, please understand that it is difficult to save original files!
